What these words mean

• “Betrix”, “we”, “us”, “our” - This means the Betrix bot and everything related with it.
• “Service” - All features, commands, systems, and things that Betrix provides.
• “User” - Any person who interacts with Betrix.
• “Server” - A Discord server where Betrix is added and used.
• “Command” - Any action or input used to interact with the bot.
• “Virtual Assets” - In-bot currency, items, rewards, inventory, and user stats.
• “Using the Service” - Inviting Betrix or interacting with the bot in any way.
• “Abuse” - Exploiting bugs, using automation for unfair gains, spamming, or misusing the bot systems.
• “Bug” - Any error, glitch, or unintended problem in the bot.
• “Ban” - Losing access to Betrix temporarily or permanently.
• “Warning” - A notice given when rules are broken.

1. How to use Betrix properly
   
   • Please follow Discord Terms of Service and also meet the age rule of your region.
   • Do not use Betrix for harmful things, abuse, illegal activity, or misleading people.
   • Please do not exploit bugs or systems to get unfair advantage.
   • Do not spam commands or try to overload the bot.
   • Respect the work behind Betrix:
     • Please do not copy or remake the bot or similar systems without permission.
     • Do not take or use assets (custom emojis), or designs.
2. Virtual economy rules
   
   • All currency, items, and rewards in the bot have no value in real world.
   • You cannot sell, trade, or exchange them for real money.
   • Some features are based on luck, so losing can happen and nothing is guaranteed.
   • We may reset or change balances, items, or stats anytime if needed to keep fairness or fix problems.
3. Important notes
   
   • Features and commands may change or be removed anytime.
   • Users are responsible for how they use Betrix. Server owners are responsible for their server setup.
   • We are not responsible for scams, misuse, or actions done by users.
   • Betrix is provided "as is", so uptime or saved data cannot be promised.
   • We are not responsible for data loss, downtime, or changes in system.
   • We can give warnings, restrictions, resets, or bans to users or servers if needed.
   • Betrix may also shut down anytime which can cause loss of data.
4. Legal and privacy
   
   • By using Betrix, you agree with the Privacy Policy.
   • These terms may change anytime. If you continue using the bot, it means you accept the new changes.
   • If you do not agree with these terms, please stop using Betrix.
